yet another day for the banks to squeeze YOUR money for the interest. eg. I transferred £17,000 last wednesday from one account to another, it left one account immediately, it hasn't arrived in the other yet, where is it? On this bank holiday, it languishes making a teeny bit of cash for the bank in their holding area (or should I say slush fund area).
